Teri Cleveland, LMT
Teri joined NHFC in April 2011. She attended the Fingerlakes School of Massage and graduated in July 2010. Her interest in massage and bodywork began after experiencing its profoundly positive results firsthand. After suffering from headaches and unable to find relief from chronic pain, she tried a more natural medical approach through chiropractic, massage and acupuncture. The results were outstanding, and she now enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills through massage to help others feel relief in their bodies so they can live healthier, pain-free lives. Her goal is to make clients more aware of their bodies to achieve deep relaxation and wellness from within ones' self; ultimately finding balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
